Delivery Policy
Shutters
Your shutters will be delivered in person by one of our fitters on a pre-arranged date & time convenient to you. We normally specify a morning, afternoon or whole day appointment for delivery & fitting to take place.
Our shutters are made to measure specifically for your window openings and we offer the following selection:
Tier-on-tier shutters
Full height shutters
Café-style shutters
Tracked shutters
Shaped shutters
Solid shutters
Delivery and Fitting is normally competed between 7-9 weeks from the date of order.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Because all our products are made to order, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order has been placed. If, for any reason, you want to make changes immediately after placing your order, please call our Customer Services team on 0800 808 5540 to see if this is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee to cancel or amend your order as production of your shutters may have already started.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on ‘Made to Measure’ shutters unless they are faulty.
